EFT tapping for self-love is a great way to heal any negative relationship that you have with yourself.
A negative relationship comes about if we are constantly in self-criticism and if we have difficulty embracing ourselves. Just imagine, being friends with someone. If we criticize our friends repeatedly, the relationship can become toxic.
We erode our sense of self when we repeatedly affirm “I am not loveable” or “I am not good enough to be loved”. Doing so can only weigh us down. It impacts our ability to function well, be confident, and achieve success in the world. By creating and believing in these stories, we are in self-sabotage.
